What is ShellWave?

ShellWave is an AI consulting and implementation firm for small and medium-sized businesses. We design, deploy, and manage AI systems that create real operational value.

Who is this for?

Businesses with 5–50 employees that want AI integrated into their operations but need expert guidance to make it happen. You bring the business knowledge. We bring the AI expertise.

What do you actually do?

We assess your operations, identify where AI creates the most leverage, and build the systems to capture it. That can mean optimizing how your team works with AI tools, deploying private infrastructure, building intelligent automation, or all of the above.

Do we need technical expertise?

No. That is the entire point. ShellWave is the technical team so you do not have to build one. We handle architecture, deployment, integration, and ongoing operations.

We already use AI tools. Why do we need ShellWave?

Using AI tools is not the same as having an AI strategy. Most teams use AI ad hoc — inconsistent, undocumented, underleveraged. ShellWave turns that into a system: structured workflows, purpose-built tooling, team training, and measurable results.

What is a private AI system?

A private AI system runs on infrastructure you control. Your data stays on your servers. There are no per-seat fees, no third-party data exposure, and no vendor lock-in. You own everything.

How long does it take?

Most engagements deliver in days, not months. The exact timeline depends on scope and is defined in your proposal before work begins.

What happens after delivery?

Every engagement includes complete documentation, team training, and a post-delivery support window. For ongoing needs, managed operations plans keep your systems maintained, optimized, and evolving.

Is our data safe?

Yes. For private systems, your data never leaves your infrastructure. ShellWave does not retain client data after delivery. During implementation, access is temporary and scoped to the engagement.
